Located on a 6-acre farm-cum-garden, two villas and two chalets provide a comfortable environment for family vacation, for up to a total of 28 persons.  The villas are at a fair distance away from each other, but the two chalets are adjacent to each other. With air-conditioning provided in the villas and chalets, living rooms, bedrooms, partition spaces, bathrooms, Wifi, home TV sets, full kitchen or kitchenette, patio or balcony, and everything you will need or want for a pleasant stay among family and friends.

The villas and chalets share a lush garden, a pool, an open dining facility named Teratak Saji (with a BBQ set), a fully equipped kitchen, a fire place, and a spacious multipurpose area (upper floor) named Teratak Nuang for group activities.

The villas are provided with TVs and microphones that can be used for karaoke session. An outdoor karaoke set is available in Teratak Saji upon booking, on first-come-first served basis.

Nearby attractions include Sg. Gabai Waterfall (5km) and popular picnic areas in Sg. Chongkak and Sg. Langat (6-10km).
